Yes. We offer one-on-one personal training for people who want a more personalised level of coaching, support, and accountability. Your program is tailored to your body, goals, experience level, and any limitations you may be working around, so you feel confident about what you’re doing and why.
Yes. Our small group training is absolutely suitable for beginners. It’s not a big class (max of 6 people) where you’re left to keep up on your own. You’ll still receive close technique coaching, guidance, and exercise modifications where needed, so you can build strength and confidence at a pace that feels right for you.
Yes. In fact, many of our members are over 40 and come to us because they want a smarter, more supportive way to train. Whether your focus is strength, posture, mobility, energy, or simply feeling better in your body, we tailor the approach to where you’re at now and where you want to get to.
